Once a client brief has been discussed, our team of experienced designers swings into action; creating stimulating concept visuals for client sign off. These can range from novel “out of the box” creations through to more established and traditional designs, depending on your brief.

Once creative concepts have been agreed, artwork is prepared to transform these thoughts into graphical images. This is supported by the extra layer in our process: the creation of a 2-D representation of the stand.  This ensures that the product conforms to the retailer’s guidelines and is ergonomically designed to be both structurally robust and space-efficient.

All our team are equipped with the latest CAD software capabilities to facilitate this critical part of the process.

Producing quality products - first time, every time!

Our aim is to provide the highest quality display products. To guarantee we achieve this, we scrutinise every detail, smoothing the transition from design to production. Following client sign-off for the 2D structure, we produce a 3-D item and the chosen design is drawn up as a 2D CAD drawing, creating cutter guides to facilitate artwork and provide a working prototype for testing.

Our highly efficient over 50,000 square foot production capability is the engine room of our business. Our manufacturing staff are highly resourceful and proficient in the creation of prestigious point of sale, and are comfortable working with a range of substrates including card, PET and polypropylene.

We continually find new ways of working with cardboard and believe in going that extra innovative mile!

We apply total quality management principles as part of our assembly and packing process which goes a long way in minimising mistakes and wastage. It also certifies our capacity to “get things right first time” and meet your deadlines.

To support all our business processes, we offer management information reports detailing each stage of the process and providing status reports on key milestones that have been reached.

The final link in our service is our logistics capability. Irrespective of whether the need is same day delivery for a single item or a full scale distribution of a multitude of pre-assembled stands to a myriad of international sites, we have the resources in place to deliver.

We can also hold stock of the finished stands in our warehouse when needed.
